Invictus Associates was founded in March 2012 and is a woman-owned small business headquartered in Roseland, Virginia. The company specializes in providing senior-level and mid-level maintenance management to both commercial and government customers.
Invictus has demonstrated relevant performance providing:
- Accomplished maintenance management and engineering personnel to manage organization support for Navy vessels under the Project Support Engineer services and Availability Planning and Execution consultation.
- Management of Life Cycle maintenance and engineering processes via the Gas Turbine Main and Generator Inlet & Exhaust systems assessments.
- Engineering Technical Rigor & Adherence and Policy Support under the Technical Compliance and Audits services.
- Root Cause Analysis of technical challenges in relation to maintenance, repair and modernization issues in support of installed procedures.
- Training for shipboard personnel for the systems and equipment assigned.
